FAQ - Cancel/Return/Refund Policy

When an order and payment is successful, our e-commerce system automatically sends out these email notifications:

  • 1st email confirming order with Order #
  • 2nd email confirming successful transaction from the payment gateway system (iPay88).
  • Our e-commerce system is synced with another third party back-end system - an EXTERNAL Fulfillment Warehouse that manages our stock will process, pack and schedule for pick up by courier.
  • 3rd email notification with tracking details is sent on pick-up day. If not in INBOX, these emails may be in SPAM/PROMOTIONS folder.

Unfortunately, it is NOT possible to CANCEL your order.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all items once purchased and delivered are NON-REFUNDABLEand NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Only faulty items can be considered for exchange.

Yes, only for FAULTY items upon delivery:

  • Please contact us via our Contact Us page if you find any faulty products among delivered items within 1 - 2 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Be sure to include your order number, product details and a photo of the item in question in your query.
  • Please do not discard the faulty product as it will be collected from one of our couriers.
