DELAY DUE TO WORLDWIDE COVID-19 CHALLENGE:

The demand for our product has exceeded our expectations and our stock is taking much longer to manufacture because some of our natural ingredients are from overseas.
With the current pandemic challenges and border restrictions, some foreign suppliers have had difficulties supplying the raw ingredients on time which forces us to produce less units than usual which is why we get sold out quite fast these past few months.

So, for the next few months (possibly till RMCO is lifted) we will be taking Pre-Orders and new shipment dates will be updated on our website.
The current Pre-Order items estimated shipping date: END OF OCTOBER (31/10/2020).
However, if our manufacturer manages to release some stock sooner, we will start shipping much earlier than stated date.

  

 

How do I get CHACOLOGY products?

You can order online here OR purchase offline at retail shops listed under SHOP.

Currently we accept online order to shipping addresses in Malaysia.

All prices on our website do not include courier/delivery charges. Courier/delivery charges will automatically be added during checkout.

The shipping/courier/delivery charge is flat fee of RM5 within Malaysia.

 

How long will it take to receive my products?

When stock is available, Pre-Orders are processed in batches (first buy, first serve basis) and picked up by courier service by 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders received on Friday (after 12pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We try hardest to deliver your items within the delivery period. An email with the tracking number details will be sent once the order has been processed. 

Your order/package should arrive:

  • West Malaysia: within 2 to 4 working days via Ninja Van or DHL eCommerce.
  • East Malaysia: within 4 to 6 working days via Ninja Van or DHL eCommerce.

(Working days are Monday-Friday ; Public holidays excluded)

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commences form the date of dispatch.

We will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination clearance process.

If there are custom duties and/or any taxes to be paid for the order, the buyer agrees to bear all cost(s) and will pay the cost(s) directly to the respective customs.

What if nobody is home to receive my order when it arrives?

The courier service may try to deliver your item up to 2 times, if nobody is around to receive the item then it may be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged a courier/delivery charges fee for re-delivery.

 

What if I put the incorrect delivery address?

If you put the wrong delivery address, you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through.
