Shipping/Postage

You can online order here.

To maintain authenticity, we only sell our proprietary products via our official online store.

We do not engage with any other 3rd party individual re-sellers.

Currently we accept online order to shipping addresses in Malaysia only.

All prices on our website do not include shipping/postage charges. Shipping/postage charges will automatically be added during checkout.

The shipping/postage charge is flat fee of RM5 within Malaysia.

Orders are processed and packed in batches (first buy, first serve basis) at a Fulfilment Warehouse and picked up by courier service at 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders received on Friday (after 12pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We try hardest to deliver your items within the delivery period. 

An email with the tracking number details will be sent once the order has been processed. (if email is not in Inbox, please check your SPAM folder as that happens sometime to customers who are buying our product for the 1st time).

Your order/package should arrive:

West Malaysia: within 2 to 4 working days via DHL eCommerce.

East Malaysia: within 6 to 8 working days (possibly longer to some areas) via DHL eCommerce, Ninja Van or Pos Laju.

* Working days are Monday to Friday ; Public holidays excluded.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commences from the date of dispatch.

We will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination clearance process.

If there are custom duties and/or any taxes to be paid for the order, the buyer agrees to bear all cost(s) and will pay the cost(s) directly to the respective customs.

In the rare event that your item does not arrive, please contact us via our Contact Us section of this website.

The courier service (DHL) will try to deliver your item up to 2 times only.

If nobody is around to receive the item at the 1st attempt of delivery, courier service (DHL) will call customer to arrange re-delivery.

If calls from courier service are not answered and 2nd re-delivery fails, item will be returned to our Fulfilment Warehouse.

New delivery fees will be charged for the 3rd re-delivery with new tracking number.

If you put the wrong delivery address, you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation.

We cannot guarantee the changes will go through.

We offer FREE Shipping/Postage for total RM100 and above (up to maximum total RM350 OR total 800gm in weight of products).

* total amount is calculated at checkout after discount code (if any) is applied.

* if total amount calculated after discount is less than RM100, the flat fee of RM5 for shipping/postage within Malaysia applies.

* if total amount is more than RM350 OR total weight of product per order is more than 800gm, a premium shipping/postage fee applies.
