Our online store ordering SOP is an automated process:
When an order is submitted & payment is successful, an automated email confirmation is sent from our e-commerce system.
An external Fulfillment Warehouse that manages our stock will process, pack and schedule for pick up by DHL, Ninja Van or Teleport.
Another email notification with tracking details is sent on pick-up day.
Pick-up schedule & duration of delivery differs depending on the shipping address and day/time order is placed.
Orders are processed and packed in batches (first buy, first serve basis) at a Fulfilment Warehouse and picked up by courier service at 5pm on weekdays.
Orders received on Friday (after 12pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
* Working days are Monday to Friday ; Public holidays excluded.
Duration of Shipping/Postage within Malaysia:
Semenanjung Malaysia: within 2 to 4 working days via DHL eCommerce.
Sabah & Sarawak: within 6 to 8 working days (possibly longer to some areas) via DHL eCommerce, Ninja Van or Pos Laju.
Duration of Shipping/Postage to Singapore:
Within 5 to 7 working days via Teleport or Ninja Van.

Please note that estimated shipping/postage times are to be used as a guide only and commences from the date of dispatch.
We will not be responsible for any delays caused by the destination clearance process.
If there are custom duties and/or any taxes to be paid for the order, the buyer agrees to bear all cost(s) and will pay the cost(s) directly to the respective customs.
