Shipping/Postage

How do I purchase CHACOLOGY products?

  • You can order online here OR purchase offline at retail shops listed under SHOP.

    Currently we accept online order to shipping addresses in Malaysia.

    All prices on our website do not include shipping/postage charges. Shipping/postage charges will automatically be added during checkout.

    The shipping/postage charge is flat fee of RM5 within Malaysia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are processed in batches (first buy, first serve basis) and picked up by courier service by 5pm, Monday to Friday.

    Orders received on Friday (after 12pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

    We try hardest to deliver your items within the delivery period. An email with the tracking number details will be sent once the order has been processed. 

    Your order/package should arrive:

    West Malaysia: within 2 to 4 working days via DHL eCommerce.

    East Malaysia: within 4 to 6 working days via DHL eCommerce, Ninja Van or Pos Laju.

    (Working days are Monday-Friday ; Public holidays excluded)

    Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commences form the date of dispatch.

    We will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination clearance process.

    If there are custom duties and/or any taxes to be paid for the order, the buyer agrees to bear all cost(s) and will pay the cost(s) directly to the respective customs.

What if nobody is at home to receive my order/parcel when it arrives?

  • The courier service (DHL) will try to deliver your item up to 2 times only.

    If nobody is around to receive
    the item at the 1st attempt of delivery, courier service (DHL) will call customer to arrange re-delivery.

    If calls from courier service are not answered and 2nd re-delivery fails, item will be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged another shipping/postage fee for the 3rd re-delivery.

What if I put the wrong address or phone number?

  • If you put the wrong delivery address, you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase following the instructions on your order confirmation. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through.

    Best to ensure you review all the contact details of your order correctly before confirming your purchase. 

How to get Free Shipping/Postage?

  • We offer FREE Shipping/Postage for total RM100 and above(up to maximum total RM500 OR total 1kg in weight of products).

    * total amount is calculated at checkout after discount code (if any) is applied.

    * if total amount calculated after discount is less than RM100, the flat fee of RM5 for shipping/postage within Malaysia applies.

    * if total amount is RM500 and above OR a total weight of product is 1kg and more, a premium shipping/postage fee applies.
