Note: After a whole day of staining teeth with items you consume, best to use the Natural Tooth Polish at night to scrub off stains (no need to use toothpaste). Then in the morning, use your regular toothpaste or Chacology Natural Toothpaste to clean teeth.
On days that you are not using the Natural Tooth Polish, use the Chacology Natural Toothpaste morning OR night.
