Safety/Allergy Guidelines

The following safety guidelines should be observed before using our chacrcoal-based products:

We use the best natural ingredients and each ingredient is approved and registered with KKM (MOH). Our manufacturing partner is GMP certified and registered with KKM (MOH). The factory follows a strict ISO standard guidelines of manufacturing.

Our product contains essential oils which in rare cases may cause an allergic reaction in certain individuals. If you have any allergies please read the product ingredient label carefully.

We recommend that people with sensitive gums and teeth perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation or sensitivity occurs. If you are uncertain about possible sensitivity, consult your healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing dryness in the mouth, tingling or numbness of the gums, this is a possible side-effect of using too much of the concentrated paste.

Bamboo Charcoal and Activated Charcoal are super detoxifying agents and on its own are strong strong harsh compounds. Even though we use only a small percentage of it in our formulation and combine with other soothing agents like Coconut Oil, Clove Oil, Organic Propolis and others, it can still be strong in certain individuals.

Only use as directed and intended (as stated on the product label and website) OR reduce the amount and frequency further.

All human bodies are different, so different individuals react to the product differently. It is very difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of a side-effect or reaction without a detailed scientific investigation (even food and certain medicines can influence the taste buds of a person).

Based on feedback we receive from users, we work with a 3^rd party lab to collate data for further scientific study and improvement as it is impossible to develop a formulation that is 100% non allergenic or with no side-effects.
